Crewsaver expands comprehensive range with launch of new safety kit

'Crewsaver Horseshoe Buoy'    Crewsaver
Crewsaver, the UK’s leading marine safety equipment manufacturer, is happy to announce the launch of a collection of quality safety kits for the leisure boat market. With over five decades of expertise in manufacturing marine safety equipment, Crewsaver prides itself on its thorough research and development process, which underpins these latest additions comprising the Horseshoe Buoy, Lifeline, Rescue Sling and Throwing Strop.

Today Crewsaver launched the following new safety equipment at METS 2012 (Marine Equipment Trade Show) in Amsterdam:

The Crewsaver Horseshoe Buoy (RRP £27.50) is an essential piece of kit on any boat that can save lives. It is constructed from layered EPE foam and tough PVC material for durability, and the design ensures it flexes and bends to fit around the torso of even the largest crew member.

The Crewsaver Lifeline (RRP £25.00) is another piece of lifesaving kit that no boater should leave the dock without. Protected by a compact, durable and hi-visibility housing, the 20-metre lifeline is constructed from 200D nylon to guarantee strength and performance even in extreme conditions.

The Crewsaver Rescue Sling (RRP £50.00) is a further key piece of safety kit featuring a tough PVC outer fabric and a 30-metre high strength line. The rescue sling is pre-shaped for easy donning, ensuring that a casualty can be recovered from the water safely and quickly.
